At Client Flow, we believe in keeping things simple, clear, and fair — no complicated fine print, no hidden clauses.

When you use this website or purchase access to our system, you agree to the following terms:

All purchases made through Client Flow are non-refundable. Once your payment is confirmed, access to your branded real estate system is delivered within 3 business days.

Your $6,900 one-time payment covers full system access and setup. The $1/month subscription fee is billed separately by the software provider and is required to keep your system live. This monthly charge is not managed by Client Flow and begins after a 30-day free trial.

We do not provide tech support, customization, or setup services. Your purchase includes access only. All technical assistance, changes, and subscription management are handled exclusively through the software provider’s help desk.

Results will vary. Your success depends on your own consistency, responsiveness, follow-up, and the local market you're targeting. While many agents earn back their investment after 1–2 closings, Client Flow does not and cannot guarantee outcomes.

Client Flow is a third-party software reseller — not the creator or developer of the platform. We simply give you branded access to a tested, powerful real estate automation tool. By purchasing, you acknowledge this distinction and agree to direct all tech-related concerns to the provider.

We take your privacy seriously. We collect only the basic info required to fulfill your order — such as your name, business name, email, and phone number — and use it only to activate your system and send any essential updates. We do not sell or share your personal information, ever.
