Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 25, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the purchase and delivery of software access from Client Flow (“Reseller”) to the purchaser (“Client”).
By submitting payment, the Client agrees to all terms listed below.

1. One-Time Software Access Fee
The Client agrees to pay a one-time, non-refundable fee of $6,900 for lifetime access to the software system offered by Client Flow. This payment grants access to a digital, fully-configured software platform branded for the Client’s business.
This fee is not a subscription and does not include technical support or customization services.

2. Strict No-Refund & No-Chargeback Policy
All purchases are final.
The Client waives the right to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or refund claims under any circumstances.
This policy exists to maintain fairness, protect licensing, and ensure prompt delivery to paying clients.
By proceeding with payment, the Client acknowledges this condition without exception.

3. Software Delivery Timeline
Software access will be delivered within 3 business days of confirmed payment.
Delivery includes:
Login credentials

Access instructions

System setup under the Client’s business name (based on submitted info)

4. Lifetime Access
Upon delivery, the Client receives lifetime use of the software.
There are no additional reseller fees from Client Flow after the initial payment.
However, the software platform requires a $1/month subscription for ongoing updates, performance, and security. This $1 monthly fee is billed directly by the platform provider (not Client Flow). Failing to maintain this fee may result in account suspension.

5. No Support or Customization by Client Flow
Client Flow is a software reseller and does not provide:
Technical support

Ongoing updates

System modifications

Help desk services

All support requests must be directed to the software provider listed within the system’s dashboard after login.
Client Flow is not liable for third-party changes, maintenance windows, or feature availability.

6. Required Setup Information
To complete delivery, the Client must submit:
Business name

Business email

Business phone number

Logo (if available)

Delays in providing this information may delay delivery. The 3-business-day timeline begins after full details are received.

7. Legal Acknowledgement
By submitting payment, the Client agrees they:
Have read and understood these Terms of Service

Agree to the flat-rate pricing and no-refund policy

Accept that ongoing support is not included

Understand the $1/month software subscription is separate and billed by the provider

Client Flow reserves the right to deny service to clients who breach these terms or who misuse the system.
